We started in Berlin in 2018, founded by Benjamin Baumann, with the clear goal of being the next-gen agency, helping global-edge companies with their transformation of marketing, sales & service by supporting data, strategy, creativity and technology.

Benjamin Baumann

CEO & Founder

His early career was spent working on a number of different global brands including Porsche, BMW, Allianz, Deutsche Telekom, Coca-Cola, and Hugo Boss. During his time at C3 , he built up an international creative, consulting team and a remarkable client portfolio, including luxury automotive and B2B brands. Benjamin’s success story within the luxury, telecommunication, and automotive industry goes back further to when he worked at different agencies. His most significant posting was as Client Services Director at antoni, the leading European Agency for Mercedes-Benz. There, he focused on the creative and digital leadership of the brand and built up the agency’s international market presence. Driven by a strong passion for innovative digital technologies, customer experience, brand strategy and marketing communication for over 18 years, he has been able to gain valuable insights into a diversity of industries. His focus being on business strategy and the digital world with digital transformation.

Fernando Barbella

Managing Director Creation & Partner

A multi-disciplined award-winning Creative Director, with digital DNA and many years of international experience in fully integrated communications in Germany, the UK, Spain, Argentina, and Chile at JWT, LOLA, DDB, BBDO, and Ogilvy, and developing and launching local, regional, and global projects with Nike, Audi, KitKat, Microsoft, HSBC, Pepsi, VW, SEAT, Gatorade, Doritos, Dove, Coca-Cola, Brahma Beer, Santander Bank, and American Express. With a deep knowledge of how technology can transform communications, but at the same time with the talent and humanity to harness this to ideas that move people, no matter the shape of those ideas. He’s an executive member of the Webby Awards organized by the IADAS (International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences), the FWAs Jury, the Global Panel of MIT Technology Review, the Art Directors Club of Germany, and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.

David Musiol

Managing Director & Partner

David brings experience in cross-media content development, editorial, publishing, and content marketing knowledge. Back in his days at C3, he led the team that built up the London office for Bentley as the 'Demand creation agency', adding later other luxury brands like Burgess Luxury Yachts. With C3, he later built up an agency in Prague with an international team of more than 20 people from 5 nations to become the lead content marketing agency for Škoda Auto and Česká spořitelna, two of the biggest companies in the Czech Republic.

Nadja Stickl

Managing Director Switzerland

Nadja embarked on her advertising adventure at Saatchi and Saatchi, where she took her first strides into the world of advertising. She worked on clients like Seat and Swisscom, mastering the art of communication.   Her creative journey continued with Wirz, where she dedicated almost six years of her work life to the client, Migros by handling everything from small-scale projects to sweeping 360-degree campaigns.   She reached new heights at TBWA, where she earned the title of Group Account Director. Her leadership and strategic vision became the driving force behind clients like SBB, Porsche, Ikea, and McDonald's. At TBWA, Nadja masterfully navigated through a diverse range of projects, from entirely digital initiatives in agile setups, like creating a public transport platform to high-performance campaigns for Porsche. Her work spanned traditional elements such as mailings and events, as well as national campaigns for IKEA and McDonald's, focusing on out-of-home and television.

Christiane Wiemann

Managing Director Strategy

She is a visionary strategist with a proven track record in building successful campaigns and driving impactful brand experiences. Previously serving as the Head of Strategy at plan.net/Serviceplan, Christiane was instrumental in establishing a thriving strategy department within the digital agency. Notably, Christiane's leadership at plan.net led to the team receiving the Effie Award for their Durex youth campaign. For the past seven years, she served as the Strategy & Innovation Lead at East End Communications. As a key member of the leadership team, she integrated strategy consulting for major clients. Her journey into strategy began at Grey, where she served as the Planning Director. Prior to that, she gained experience as a Strategic Planner at DRAFT FCB Hamburg, working on prominent Beiersdorf accounts such as Nivea for Men, Nivea Bath Care, and Nivea Beauté. Before delving into the world of advertising, Christiane started her career as a consultant at renowned agencies like EURO RSCG (now: HAVAS) and Brand Factory.

Gabriela Raith

Managing Director South Africa

As the Managing Director of FRASER of South Africa, Gabriela Raith is responsible for developing both the team and client base. Born and raised in Namibia, Gabriela was involved in her family's food production business from a young age, learning entrepreneurial thinking and action early on. After completing her studies in economics and management, strategy and marketing, as well as film and multimedia in Cape Town and Edinburgh, where she earned an MBA among other qualifications, she founded and managed various companies in the media and retail sectors. Throughout her career, she was responsible for the development and integration of South Africa's leading e-commerce platform and managed Africa's largest airshow as well as the family expo for Bank Windhoek, both of which attracted large audiences. She also successfully implemented the digital growth strategy for Gondwana Collection. Other milestones in her career include securing long-term contracts with global brands like BMW, SPAR, and Puma.
